Like many video gamer geeks out there, I've been following the speculation on the
Nintendo Revolution and its highly touted and mysterious controller over the past several months.
The secret is out, as
Nintendo revealed the controller yesterday at the
Tokyo Game Show. In a nutshell, this thing is supposed to be able to sense motion; ala, the
revolution is upon us.
However, its also supposed to allow the Revolution to play ALL past
Nintendo games (NES, SNES, N64, etc). At first glance, I can't
see how this will be possible. There doesn't even seem to be the
necessary X/Y buttons, let alone the C-buttons from the 64.
Hmm...I'm skeptical. But it will be interesting to see how
this all pulls together.
